A range of programmes are available to meet the needs of workers operating at different levels within the adult protection framework.

Celia has wide experience of working with a number of different multi-agency partnerships to train their staff teams in the operation of their own local adult protection policies and procedures. She delivers programmes for:

• The Alerter (Level 1 in the Safeguarding Adults Framework)
• Responsible Persons (Level 2 - those who manage the referral)
• Lead Officer (Level 3 - those who manage the investigation).

She also delivers joint investigation training with police and social care and health providers. Celia believes that it is the local translation of policy and procedure that is an important element of her training so programme development is regionally responsive and done so in collaboration with those who coordinate adult in each locality.
